COMMUNITY OUTREACH

The GMAC Provides endless opportunities for the community (artists, writers, performers, educators, residence, and visitors) to become involved with the arts.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED??

• Consider becoming a visiting artist in the community demonstrating your art form and engaging the public to experience art.
• If you are an artist or educator, think about becoming a member of our artist residence initiative. Add your name to our Artist Residence Roster - send us your biography and interests.
• With a decrease in budgets for the arts, schools and communities are looking for alternative means to bring the arts, youth and community together. To address this need the GMAC has developed an artist residency roster to serve as a resource to artists and communities who are interested in bringing art initiatives into their schools and communities.
• Be a volunteer. Help support art initiatives in the community through your gift of time.
• Become a supporter of the GMAC Montage through a generous gift supporting the GMAC initiatives and educational scholarship fund.
